Why this recipe works

  • This easy greek yogurt smoothie doesn’t use any added sweeteners.
  • It’s loaded with nutrients such as fiber, protein, and healthy fats.
  • Just like Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie and my High Protein Acai Bowl, this smoothie is great for a quick pick me up or as a light breakfast.

Ingredients

Top-down view of blueberry smoothie ingredients on a gray surface, featuring a measuring cup of coconut milk, a bowl of spinach, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, protein powder, and Greek yogurt.
  • Frozen blueberries. Fresh blueberries work but frozen are best. Blueberries are amazing for everything in our bodies!
  • Plain greek yogurt
  • Vanilla protein powder. I use vegan protein powder from Truvani but any vanilla protein powder works.
  • Unsweetened coconut milk. I suggest So Delicious.
  • Handful of spinach

I love smoothie recipes for their simplicity. This is a great afternoon pick me up or as a quick breakfast on the go. The coconut milk and greek yogurt combine well and gives a creamy consistency. Smoothies are always family friendly and it seems to be the only way I can get my husband to consume leafy greens. LOL I hope you enjoy this recipe!
