Equipment

  • high speed blender or nutribullet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  • Gather all of your ingredients.
  • Pour all the ingredients into a high speed blender or NutriBullet. Blend until well combined, about 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately, either as one serving in a tall glass or 2 servings in a short glass

Notes

Notes:
Helpful tips:
  • Use a high quality greek yogurt such as Zoi or BetterGoods.
  • Frozen fruit is the best. If using fresh fruit, you will need to add ice cubes.
  • You can add more chia seeds if you like or a whole scoop of protein powder. Adding more protein will change the flavor.
  • 1- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk is enough. Use the full amount for a more runny consistency or less for a thicker consistency.
