Ingredients you’ll need

Frozen raspberries. If raspberry isn’t your thing, frozen strawberries are another great option or any of your favorite fruits can work.
Banana. Fresh or a frozen banana will work. Bananas give this smoothie its natural sweetness.
Plain greek yogurt. I tested the recipe with vanilla greek yogurt too so you can use that as well.
Coconut water. Coconut water keeps it hydrating. Use natural coconut water with no added sugar. Costco has Kirkland Brand Organic Coconut Water that is not only tasty but very affordable.
Maple syrup. If your banana isn’t sweet enough, add a touch of maple syrup.
How to make this Raspberry Smoothie with Greek Yogurt
Step One: In a nutri bullet or high speed blender, add the frozen raspberries. Then add the banana, greek yogurt and coconut water.
Step Two: Start with adding 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup.
Step Three: Blend until well combined, about 30-45 seconds.

Step Four: Pour the greek yogurt raspberry smoothie into a tall glass. Taste test to see if you want it a bit sweeter. If so, add in additional maple syrup and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
Helpful tips
- Use frozen raspberries for best results. You can also freeze fresh raspberries by rinsing them and then laying them out on a sheet tray and placing in the freezer.
- Frozen banana works too. They make the smoothie even creamier and sweet.
- Adjust the thickness to your liking. The greek yogurt makes this a thicker smoothie but you can thin it out by using less yogurt and more coconut water.
- Keep it cold. If the coconut water is room temp, add in some ice cubes to make it more cold.
- Taste as you go. Be sure to use a super ripe banana and add in the maple syrup little by little to avoid over sweetening.

Can you make a smoothie without Greek yogurt?
You can definitely make this smoothie without Greek yogurt. Regular yogurt or any type of yogurt can be used but the protein may change depending on the brand.
