1 1/2 cupsfrozen raspberries
1medium banana
1/2cupplain greek yogurt
1 1/2 cupcoconut water
1tablespoonmaple syrupplus more if needed

Instructions
In a nutri bullet or high speed blender, add the frozen raspberries. Then add the banana, greek yogurt and coconut water.
Start with adding 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup.
Blend until well combined, about 30-45 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass or if serving 2, use short glasses. Taste test to see if you want it a bit sweeter. if so, add in additional maple syrup and stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes: Helpful tips
Use frozen raspberries for best results. You can also freeze fresh raspberries by rinsing them and then laying them out on a sheet tray and placing in the freezer.
Frozen banana works too. They make the smoothie even creamier and sweet.
Adjust the thickness to your liking. The greek yogurt makes this a thicker smoothie but you can thin it out by using less yogurt and more coconut water.
Keep it cold. If the coconut water is room temp, add in some ice cubes to make it more cold.
Taste as you go. Be sure to use a super ripe banana and add in the maple syrup little by little to avoid over sweetening.
