The best way to keep your meal prep fun is to change up the spice mixes and my Ras el Hanout Spice Mix will bring the flavors of Morocco to your plate. It’s a little sweet, earthy and best of all- vibrant! This spice mix can level up your weeknight chicken, cozy soups, and fresh vegetables. Making a Ras el Hangout Moroccan spice blend at home is easy- let’s get started!

I’ve been making my own spice mixes for years and some of my go-to’s are my Enchilada Spice Mix, All Purpose Seasoning, Mediterranean Spice Mix, and my Za’atar Spice Blend. Ras el hangout can vary by region but mine is heavy on the turmeric and cumin for warmth and anti-inflammatory reasons.
