Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Start with fresh spices. Measure into a small bowl.
  • Mix gently with a whisk or a small spoon and use immediately in your favorite recipe or store for later use.
