Turning Dinner into a Happy Hour.
For my Basil Meatball Sliders you will need:
1 1/2 pound ground beef- I used 88/12 but I recommend 80/20.
Bunch of Basil
handful of parsley
1/2 red onion chopped,
8 cloves of garlic chopped with a knife
1 egg
2 Hawaiian rolls
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Prepare a baking sheet with foil and preheat oven at 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with your hands.
Make sure the bread is broken up and everything is mixed thoroughly.
Roll into 2 inch balls, 12 to sheet – and bake for 20-22 min.
Serve with your choice of slider bread, I used Hawaiian Rolls . Garnish with a spoonful of marinara and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Tip: Try toasting the Hawaiian rolls before or after filling, as the Hawaiian roll can be kind of doughy.
P.S ~ This was super fun to shoot. The aroma was hitting my nose from every angle!
P.P.S ~ Enjoy!
