Helpful tips
- Make it ahead: You can make this dip ahead of time.
- Cottage cheese options: Full fat and reduced fat cottage cheese works.
- Spice level: I think Trader Joe’s Harissa is mild but if you are using other brands, it may have more spice. Adjust to your liking.
- Blend well: To get it super creamy, blend for at least 1-2 minutes in a food processor until smooth.
Serving suggestions
- Just like my 4 Ingredient Guacamole, serve this cottage cheese dip with fresh vegetables such as sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrots sticks, or sliced red bell peppers.
- Use on a mezze platter or a charcuterie board.
- You can use it as a spread on cold sandwiches, wraps or warm panini’s.
- It’s delicious with Trader Joe’s Honey Pretzel Sticks or rice crackers.
- Add a dollop to my Salmon Quinoa Bowl, my Sheet Pan Chicken Shawarma Bowl or dip a crunchy Shredded Chicken Taco into it. (YUMMMMMM!)
