Salmon - 2 ways. Dinner time doesn't need to be stressful. Here are some different ideas on how to prepare salmon at home. Both are done on a sheet pan and both are loaded with FLAVOR!

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the salmon in the center of the prepared sheet pan. Scatter the diced sweet potatoes and broccoli around the fish in a single layer. Season everything with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil on top the salmon and the sweet potatoes and broccoli.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard with the honey and brush the salmon gently with the mixture. If you have left over glaze, gently brush some on the sweet potatoes and broccoli. Place the sliced lemons on top, giving them a little sqeeze. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the salmon. Bake the salmon for 25 minutes or until salmon is opaque and sweet potatoes are tender.
Ingredients; – 1 pound atlantic salmon – 1-2 tablespoons garlic seasoning flavor god or your favorite garlic seasoning – kosher salt as needed – black pepper as needed – 1/4 red onion sliced – 3 tablespoons fresh dill chopped – 1/2 lemon juice of lemon – 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin – 1 tablespoon honey

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon skin side down on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt, pepper, and the garlic seasoning. Then layer the red onions and dill on top. Squeeze the lemon juice evenly all over the salmon and place the slices on top. Drizzle the olive oil and then the honey.

Place in the oven and cook salmon for about 15 minutes or when the internal temp hits 130 degrees. Salmon will be flaky when it is done. When done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
