Notes:Helpful tips
Prep this strawberry banana smoothie recipe without yogurt ahead of time for busy mornings. Add sliced banana and strawberries (or any fresh fruit) into a freezer safe ziplock bag and freeze it. When you are ready to make it, just pull it out the freezer and add in your milk of choice and you’re set. This is a great way to have a healthy smoothie in no time!
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
If using fresh strawberries, add ice cubes to keep it cold.
I recipe tested this with coconut water and it tastes great too if you don't want to use any type of milk.
