If you’re trying to eat cleaner and want something delicious- this Salmon with Lemon and Dill is for you. In under 30 minutes, you will have a flavorful and elegant dinner on your table. The salmon is baked and topped with garlic seasoning, lemon slices, fresh dill and drizzled with honey.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment for easy clean up. Place the salmon skin side down onto the baking sheet.
Season with salt, pepper, and the garlic seasoning. Then layer the red onions and dill on top. Squeeze the lemon juice evenly all over the salmon and place the slices on top.
Drizzle the olive oil and the honey. Place in the oven and cook salmon for about 15 minutes or when the internal temp hits 130 degrees. Salmon will be flaky when it is done. Cook time will vary depending on thickness.
When done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
