  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper chopped
  • 1 large egg

All Purpose Seasoning

Herb Garlic Yogurt Sauce

  • ½ cup greek yogurt plain
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice

  • Using a non-stick pan, spray with non-stick spray over medium heat. Place 2 patties down and cook for about 5-6 minutes then flip it over and cook the other side for about 5 minutes. Internal temp should be about 155-165 degrees F.
  • When the burgers are done, remove and let them sit for a few minutes. Assemble your burger as desired.

Notes

Notes:
Storing and reheating:
Store the bison patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
Helpful tips:
  • Do not overwork the ground bison.
  • Gather the spices in a small bowl, mix and then distribute the spices over the bison.
  • Place the patties in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm back up. This will help the patty stay intact when cooking.
  • If grilling, make sure the grill plates are oiled well to prevent sticking and breaking.
