High Protein Acai Bowl with Blueberries

This Protein Acai Bowl is packed with plant-based goodness and topped with fresh fruit, crunchy hemp seeds and granola. It's also vegan and loaded with 35g of protein. It's great for a post-workout meal or as a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack acai frozen mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder vegan
  • 1/2 cup oat milk plus 1/4 more if needed
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)

Instructions
 

  • Add the acai packet, the protein powder, berries and banana to a blender. Pour in the oat milk and blend until desired consistency.
  • Scoop into a bowl and serve immediately. Top with your favorite fruits, hemp seeds or granola.

Helpful tips:
Serve immediately.
Vanilla protein powder is already sweet - additional sweetener isn’t needed but you can always add a drizzle of honey if desired.
If the fruit isn't blending well, add a touch more milk and stir and then blend again. (I use Nutribullet and sometimes this happens)
