1packacai frozen mix
1scoopvanilla protein powdervegan
1/2cupoat milkplus 1/4 more if needed
1 cupblueberries (frozen)
1/2banana (frozen)

Add the acai packet, the protein powder, berries and banana to a blender. Pour in the oat milk and blend until desired consistency.
Scoop into a bowl and serve immediately. Top with your favorite fruits, hemp seeds or granola.

Notes:Helpful tips:Serve immediately.Vanilla protein powder is already sweet - additional sweetener isn’t needed but you can always add a drizzle of honey if desired.If the fruit isn't blending well, add a touch more milk and stir and then blend again. (I use Nutribullet and sometimes this happens)
