Notes
Notes:Storage: It's best to serve guacamole fresh but you can store it in an airtight container for up to 2 days. A tip is to place plastic wrap to cover the top so that the guacamole won't turn brown. Tips:This recipe can be doubled. Always add the lime juice a bit at a time to taste test that it's not overly citrusy. Always use ripe avocados. Easily chop the red onion by using a food processor.Start with adding only 1/8 of the red onion. If you want a little more or your avocados are bigger in size, then add the whole 1/4 cup.To ripen avocados a bit faster, place them in a brown paper bag and store them on your counter. Other variations is that you can add in fresh diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, spice it up with jalapeños or add in chopped hearts of palm. This recipe makes 2-4 servings.
