This refreshing Broccoli Smoothie is made with naturally sweet mango, spinach, low-fat greek yogurt and date syrup. It's a nutrient-dense drink packed with fiber- and you won’t taste the broccoli!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup 2 % plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets fresh broccoli, rinsed well
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 2 teaspoons date syrup
  • 3/4 cup purified water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine broccoli along with spinach, frozen mangoes, greek yogurt and the date syrup into a high speed blender.
  • Add the purified water. Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
