Ingredients
  

  • 15 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate melted
  • 1/3 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Start with preparing the dates by removing the pit if needed.
  • Add the peanuts in the middle of each date.
  • Place the dark chocolate in small microwavable bowl and microwave in 20 second increments, stirring each time until pourable.
  • Drizzle the dark chocolate over the dates. Let the chocolate harden for a few minutes and enjoy!

Room temperature dates work the best. 
Storage:
Store any remaining dates in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
