Easy Fruit Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

My Creamy Easy Raspberry Smoothie with Greek Yogurt is going to be your new favorite tasty treat. This raspberry yogurt smoothie has a vibrant color and creamy texture. It’s a delicious way to curb your sweet tooth!

This fruity smoothie is loaded with protein, nutrients and natural sweetness of the bananas. 4. All you need is a high-speed blender and a handful of ingredients. 5. A cold smoothie is a delicious treat on hot summer days.

Frozen raspberries. If raspberry isn’t your thing, frozen strawberries is another great option or any of your favorite fruits can work. Banana. Fresh or a frozen banana will work. Banana gives this smoothie it’s sweetness. Plain greek yogurt. I recipe tested with vanilla greek yogurt too so you can use that as well. Coconut water. Use natural coconut water with no added sugar. Costco has Kirkland Brand Organic Coconut Water that is not only tasty but very affordable. Maple syrup. As needed.

1. In a nutri bullet or high speed blender, add the frozen raspberries. Then add the banana, greek yogurt and coconut water.

2.  Start with adding 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup. 3. Blend until well combined, about 30-45 seconds..

4. Pour into a tall glass or if serving 2, use short glasses. Taste test to see if you want it a bit sweeter. if so, add in additional maple syrup and stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Tips: Use frozen raspberries for best results. You can also freeze fresh raspberries by rinsing them and then laying them out on a sheet tray and placing in the freezer. Frozen banana works too. The greek yogurt makes this a thicker smoothie but you can thin it out by using less yogurt and more coconut water
