– Dinner is ready in under 30 minutes. – Salmon is heart healthy! – This easy salmon recipe goes with so many different side dishes. – Clean up is minimal, everything is cooked on a sheet pan..

Ingredients: – Yummy salmon. – Garlic seasoning.  – Kosher salt.  – Freshly ground black pepper. – Red Onion.  – Fresh dill. . – Lemon juice.  – Extra virgin olive oil.  – Honey.

– Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. – Place salmon skin side down on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. – Season with salt, pepper, and the garlic seasoning. Then layer the red onions and dill on top.

– Squeeze the lemon juice evenly all over the salmon and place the slices on top. – Drizzle the olive oil and then the honey. – Place in the oven and cook salmon for about 15 minutes or when the internal temp hits 130 degrees. Salmon will be flaky when it is done.

– When done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. – Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

Helpful tips: 145 degrees is considered well done salmon. Though that can dry out salmon depending  on the oven and thickness. I recommend cooking salmon until the thickest part of the fish reaches the internal temperature of 130 degrees. When you remove it form the. oven, let it rest for an additional 5-10 minutes.
