1. In a nutri bullet or high speed blender, add the frozen raspberries. Then add the banana, greek yogurt and coconut water.
2. Start with adding 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup. 3. Blend until well combined, about 30-45 seconds..
4. Pour into a tall glass or if serving 2, use short glasses. Taste test to see if you want it a bit sweeter. if so, add in additional maple syrup and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
Tips: Use frozen raspberries for best results. You can also freeze fresh raspberries by rinsing them and then laying them out on a sheet tray and placing in the freezer. Frozen banana works too. The greek yogurt makes this a thicker smoothie but you can thin it out by using less yogurt and more coconut water
