Notes

Notes:
Storing and reheating:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave, covered for 1-2 minutes.
Helpful tips:
Cut into fillets or keep whole when baking. Filet the salmon into 3 or 4 equal parts. (Depending on size of salmon)
For a crunchy texture, pan sear the salmon for about 4 minutes each side depending on thickness.
Use gloves while rubbing the turmeric and paprika into the salmon. Turmeric will turn your fingers yellow.
Do not overcook the salmon as this will cause it to dry out.
If using a thin cut of salmon like sockeye, adjust the cook time since it will cook faster than Atlantic.
