This is a tasty breakfast dish featuring All Natural Pork Sausage and Pan Fried Polenta cakes. The scramble has feta and dried herbs giving that Mediterranean vibe to your taste buds.
Cook the pork sausage according to the package. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
Crack the eggs into a small bowl and add a dash of milk. Whisk to combine. Then add a touch of salt.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil
When the pan is ready, add the veggies and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the eggs. Cook until the eggs until they look set and fluffy while gently combining with the veggies. Season with the dried herbs and dash of salt and pepper.
Add the feta crumbles and set aside.
For the polenta, add another tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
Add the polenta slices and sear each side about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Season with a dash of salt and pepper.
Serve up with a couple of slices of polenta, 2 links and a nice scoop of the scramble. Enjoy!

It's taking the salt into your finger tips and very carefully adding a pinch of it to your food to enhance the flavor.Here's why I'm big on this: there is sodium in the most other products, the sausage is heavily seasoned and the feta contains salt as well. Adding too much salt to a dish can be devastating because depending what it is, you can't take the saltiness out.
