Easy Strawberry Banana Bread

- 1 1/2 cup gluten free flour from Just About Foods, Costco
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large bananas ripe, mashed
- 8 oz apple sauce
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large strawberries ripe, sliced
- canola oil spray PAM
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine the flours, sea salt and brown sugar. Whisk gently to combine. Then add the baking powder and baking soda and stir.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
Then add to the dry ingredients. Gently combine. Spray a loaf pan with canola oil and add the batter. Place the sliced strawberries on top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes. Enjoy!
