Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Kale (Dairy-Free)

1. Using a nutri blender or a regular high powered blender, place in the frozen strawberries, kale and banana. Add the protein powder.

2. Pour in the coconut water and blend for about 30-45 seconds until well combined. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips: You can make a smoothie pack ahead of time and have it ready to go . All you need to do is place a banana, kale and sweet strawberries (or any fresh fruit) into a freezer safe ziplock bag and freeze it. When you are ready to make it, just pull it out the freezer and add in the coconut water and protein powder to the blender. This is a great way to have a healthy smoothie in no time!
