This is a quick and tasty pizza made using trader joe's cauliflower pizza crust, sautéed vegetables, italian sausage, vegan cheese and a homemade hazelnut pesto.
Preheat your oven according to the directions on the box. Prebake your crust if the directions call for it.
Prepare the hazelnut pesto by combining the pesto ingredients into a food processor and continue to pulse until well blended.
In a medium size pan, add a teaspoon of olive oil.
Add the italian sausage and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add in the veggies and stir together. Continue to cook for another 7 min or until the sausage is fully cooked.
Place your crust on a foil lined large sheet pan. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of the pesto.
Spread the sausage and the veggies on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Let the pizza bake for about 5-7 min or until the cheese is melted.

Notes
This recipe is very versatile! You can use any crust you like if you don't have a cauliflower crust. Also you can totally use any of your favorite cheeses and vegetables.
