Easy Rosemary Shaved Beef Stir Fry will become one your favorite stir fries to make! It's seasoned with fresh rosemary, garlic cloves, balsamic vinegar and coconut aminos. Perfect for your next elegant dinner.
In a large bowl, add the shaved beef along with the next 8 ingredients. Massage the marinade into the beef and let it sit for 30 minutes.
When the beef is ready, preheat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and then the mushrooms. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
Let the mushrooms cook for 2 minutes. Then add the beef along with the marinade to the pan.
Stir fry the beef and bring it to a boil then turn the heat to low.
Let the beef braise in the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Season with additional salt and pepper and serve immediately over your favorite vegetables or rice.

Notes:You can use this sauce mixture on other cuts of beef such as flank steak, ribeye steak and beef tenderloin. Shaved beef can be found at local supermarkets. You can substitute coconut aminos with soy sauce. Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
