Start by cutting the bread slices into thirds. Then place them into the food processor.
On "chop" mode, pulse the bread until it resembles fine crumbs.
Add to a large bowl and add the seasonings and salt. Stir to combine.
Use in your recipe as needed or store in an air tight container and place in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Please Note: I like Trader Joe's white gluten bread because it's got a bit of a dryer texture. I have used this bread for croutons as well. You can use any gluten free bread though or if you can have gluten, you can also use regular seasoned breadcrumbs.
This recipe makes about 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
