Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease the brownie pan and then line it with a sheet of parchment paper.
In the bowl, mix together the oil and egg and then whisk in the water.
Add the brownie mix and gently combine.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center is clean.
When the brownies are done, carefully remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
Add the spooky eyes and sprinkles by scattering evenly on the top.
Divide into 9 sections and serve.
