Greek Yogurt Chicken Using Boneless Chicken Thighs

Here is what you need...



skinless chicken thighs plain greek yogurt lemon salt and pepper spices

Ready to get cooking?

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.  Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Then place the chicken into a large bowl .

Add the spices to a small bowl and combine them with a whisk.  Then add the spices and the greek yogurt to chicken.  Coat the chicken evenly.


Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the lemon on top and season with a dash of salt.  Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
